Effect

Breaking Swipe deals damage to all opponents. It lowers the Attack of all targets by one stage.

Description

Games Description
SwSh The user swings its tough tail wildly and attacks opposing Pokémon. This also lowers their Attack stats.
BDSP This move can’t be used. It’s recommended that this move is forgotten. Once forgotten, this move can’t be remembered.
