Rail Staff (Trainer class)

A Rail Staff (Japanese: てつどういん Railroad Authority), known as a Depot Agent in Generation V, is a type of Trainer class introduced in Generation V. They are men who work with railroads. They tend to use Ground-type Pokémon that specialize in digging underground, such as Diglett and Drilbur, in reference to their career of working in subways. In the Battle Subway, some of them specialize in Electric- and Steel-type Pokémon.
