Girlfriend (Trainer class)

A Girlfriend (Japanese: こいびと Lover) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that first debuted in the Generation V games Pokémon Black and White 2. This Trainer class is given to the characters Maria and Monica, as portrayed by Actress Isabella and Unique Star Karla in Nate's version of the Love and Battles and The Giant Woman! Series respectively.

Like all the opponents in her series, Maria uses only a single Smeargle during filming upon whom visual effects have been applied in order to have them appear to wear bow ties. Monica uses a Blitzle to battle her boyfriend.
