Slack Off (Japanese: なまける Slack Off) is a non-damaging Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation IV, it was the signature move of Slakoth and Slaking.

If powered up by a Normalium Z into Z-Slack Off, all of the user's lowered stats are reset.

Slack Off can be used as part of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining an extra appeal point if Yawn was used in the prior turn.

In JN095, Jessie and James commanded the Slakoth and Slaking they pulled from the Rocket Prize Master to use Slack Off, but the two Pokémon were too lazy to obey.
