In Chitubox, why is it that some supports are highligted green, while others are colored gray?
I've checked all of the settings and the green and gray supports seem absolutely identical. The only thing that I can think of is that at least some of the gray ones were manually added while the green ones seem to be auto-generated?
Is this it, or is there something that I'm missing?
