The Fighting Memory (Japanese: ファイトメモリ Fight Memory) is a type of held item introduced in Generation VII. It is one of the memories that are associated with Silvally. It corresponds to the Fighting type.

If the holder uses Multi-Attack, it becomes a Fighting-type move.

RKS System changes a Silvally holding this item to its Fighting-type form. Item-manipulating effects (such as Trick and Fling) cannot give Silvally a memory or remove a memory from Silvally.

A Fighting Memory in the anime

A Fighting Memory appeared in Final Rivals!, where Gladion used it to give his Silvally a type advantage over Ash's Melmetal in the Manalo Conference finals, allowing it to defeat the Hex Nut Pokémon with a super effective Multi-Attack.
