Why does my print have extra layer(s) which keep moving parts locked?
I just bought & received my first 3D printer and built it and tried my first print on it.
It is this printer ELEGOO Neptune 2S
I printed the following item (chip clip) as a test.
The top of the item looks exactly correct.

Why is my 3D printer making a loud knocking sound after installing BLTouch?
Everything was working perfectly until I installed the BLTouch. After installing it every time I print it makes a loud knocking/clicking sound. Does anyone know how to fix this? I am using a Neptune 2 a clone of an Ender 3 with Marlin firmware.
