I'm using the filament change function of Cura at a specific layer.

Based on my observation, when it's time to change the filament, the extruder pulls the filament before going to position X,Y = 0,0. No problem with that, BUT, right before pulling that filament it seems to push more in the nozzle, creating a big drop in matter (TPU in my case).

I'm not talking about the remaining TPU from the nozzle simply dropping, it seems to actually push more in there for something like half a second, before finally pulling all the way correctly.

How is that possible? I did hear about inverted extruder but this is something else, everything about that extruder is perfect except that quick move (push) before pulling the filament.

Am I dreaming? Has anyone ever heard that?
