chirmol m (uncountable)
- (Guatemala) sour sauce consisting mainly of roasted tomatoes, onions and lime juice. It also contains roasted garlic, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Some type of chili pepper might be added to make it spicy, like serrano pepper or jalapeño pepper. The sauce is used to accompany steak. grilled chicken, nachos, etc.
