Vodka sauce

Vodka sauce, also known as pink sauce, is a sauce used in Italian-American cuisine,[1] made from a smooth tomato sauce, vodka, typical Italian herbs, and heavy cream (which gives the sauce its distinctive orange color).

Parma rosa sauce is a similar sauce typically consisting of a blend of marinara sauce and alfredo sauce, but does not contain vodka.
