Notes
- The Pyramids and ENPPI match was postponed for one day due to the 30 June stadium hosting the Egypt and Malawi match in the 2023 African Cup of Nations qualifiers.[3]
- The match between Zamalek and National Bank was played at Osman Ahmed Osman Stadium instead of Cairo International Stadium due to maintenance.[4]
- Al Ahly withdrew due to fixture congestion after their request for postponement was rejected.[5]
