1 Southside Park
1 Southside Park is a large mixed-use development under construction in the Brickell neighborhood of Greater Downtown Miami, Florida in the United States. It will be 773 feet (236 m) tall with about 64 floors, making it one of the tallest buildings in Miami. It will be primarily a residential tower, with 1,150 housing units, but will also have about 100,000 square feet (9,300 m2) of office space and a hotel.[1] Additionally, a new fire station is being incorporated into the development to replace the previous one demolished to make way for the project. It is being built by JDS Development Group and is planned for completion by 2025. It is adjacent to Southside Park, Brickell's largest urban park, which is also next to the Brickell station, served by Metrorail and Metromover.
