Acral fibrokeratoma is a horn-like bump in the skin, and includes the variants: acquired digital fibrokeratoma, acquired periungal fibrokeratoma, garlic clove fibroma, and subungal and periungal fibromas of tuberous sclerosis.[1] It is a skin lesion characterized by a pinkish, hyperkeratotic, hornlike projection occurring on a finger, toe, or palm.[2][3]: 1817
