WiKirby

WiKirby is a wiki devoted to the Kirby series that is part of the Nintendo Independent Wiki Alliance. It was created on January 24, 2010 by members of the other NIWA wikis, and was officially launched on March 4, 2010. On May 21, 2010, WiKirby joined the Nintendo Independent Wiki Alliance.

The wiki enjoys writing its articles in theme, and has many innovations, including templates that displays British or American English depending on settings in user preferences.

On October 8, 2010, WiKirby announced merger plans with Kirby Wiki, one of the various wikis on the wiki farm Wikia. Plans were mostly inspired by the new mandatory skin. However, the merge was soon cancelled due to lack of initiative.

Since September 6, 2019, WiKirby has elected an Editor-in-Chief to operate the wiki as well serve as the representative of WiKirby for NIWA, Grifkuba, alliances, and more. Samwell was elected WiKirby's first Editor-in-Chief, followed by YoshiFlutterJump on March 30, 2020 and Gigi on April 23, 2021.
