Trivia
- All Pokémon capable of learning Storm Throw are capable of having the Ability Mold Breaker, which will negate the protection from critical hits normally provided by Battle Armor and Shell Armor. This makes Lucky Chant the only guaranteed way to prevent Storm Throw from getting a critical hit.
- In Generation VIII, Lucky Chant has been removed from the games, allowing Storm Throw to always critical hit when used with Mold Breaker.
