Official biography

"Otis is a latecomer to the Pokémon TCG, but after joining up with Daniel and Rika, he's become a force to be reckoned with. He's a man of few words, but he regularly attends football games and his backpack is usually loaded with books on popular science and the statistical analysis of sports."
