Matutinal Pokémon
Some Pokémon are matutinal, which means they appear more frequently in the wild in the morning, or do not appear at all unless it is morning. This only applies to Generation II and Generation IV, where time is a major feature; while Generation VII features time-based encounters, it doesn't differentiate morning from daytime encounter-wise.
