Green Scarf
The Green Scarf (Japanese: みどりのバンダナ Green Bandanna) is a type of held item introduced in Generation III. It increases the holder's Cleverness in a Pokémon Contest.

When held by a Pokémon, it raises its Cleverness in the primary round of a Pokémon Contest, the Visual Competition of a Super Contest, and the Introduction Round of a Contest Spectacular.

Ruby & Sapphire chapter
Before competing in the Master Rank Contest, Ruby was given all five scarves, which he used to enhance the respective conditions of five of his Pokémon, leading all of them to win the Contest and fulfilling Ruby's part of the 80-day challenge with Sapphire. He used the Green Scarf to enhance Fofo's Smartness.
