Reason: Are galvanized moves affected by electric terrain?
You can discuss this on the talk page.

In battle

Galvanize causes all Normal-type moves used by the Pokémon to become Electric-type and receive a 20% power boost. Normal type moves that become Electric type in this manner can activate Lightning Rod, Volt Absorb, and Motor Drive. If Max Strike is selected with Galvanize, it'll turn into Max Lightning when used. If a move is affected by Galvanize and is used under Electric Terrain, it will receive a 30% power boost from Electric Terrain (50% prior to Generation VIII).

Outside of battle

Galvanize has no effect outside of battle.
