Major events
- Takurō and Mashiro begin their journey, but are unable to get past something blocking the way to Route 1.
- Takurō and Mashiro discover the culprit is a wild Scraggy trying to keep people away from an injured Emolga.
- Takurō and Mashiro convince Scraggy to let them catch Emolga in a Heal Ball so that they can heal its injuries.
- Scraggy allows Mashiro to catch Emolga and lets itself be caught by Takurō.
