  • Printer: Creality CR10S 300

  • Filament: PLA or PCL (polylactic acid or polycaprolactone)

  • Problem: The gear that grabs the filament and moves it forward/back does not turn at all. How to fix that?

    Please add more information such as if the motor turns when there is no filament in place. Have you checked the set screw, aka grub screw that holds the gear to the motor shaft? – fred_dot_u Jul 20 '22 at 21:12
