oxygenate (third-person singular simple present oxygenates, present participle oxygenating, simple past and past participle oxygenated)

  1. (transitive) To treat or infuse with oxygen
    After we oxygenated the river, the fish returned.
  2. (transitive, medicine) To give (a patient) oxygen therapy.
