breakfast poutine (plural breakfast poutines)

A hot breakfast dish that is a variation on the poutine dish. A dish composed of home fries (“pan-fried cubed potatoes”), cheese curds, smothered in Hollandaise sauce, and topped with a fried egg. Optionally with medallioned breakfast sausage, diced ham, and/or bacon bits.
