     Gay chat rooms therefore evolved into m4m (men for men), T4T (trans for trans), bisexual chat, leather and bear, lipstick lesbian, etc. By the mid-90's, it wasn't unusual to see mm4mm groups (married men for married men) and other [even more] highly specific types of discussion groups.
