Zanele Dlungwana
Zanele Dlungwana is a South African politician who represented the African National Congress (ANC) in the Free State Provincial Legislature. She also served in the Free State Executive Council under Premier Beatrice Marshoff.

On 3 May 2004, after the 2004 general election, Marshoff appointed Dlungwana as Member of the Executive Council (MEC) for Social Development.[1] In a reshuffle in August 2007, she was moved to a new portfolio as MEC for Public Safety and Liaison.[2]
