Virginia Police Canine Association
The Virginia Police Canine Association (VPCA) [1] is a professional association serving the Commonwealth of Virginia police department canine units. Member agencies include local police departments and Sheriff's Offices across the state. All members must be either active or retired law enforcement/correctional officers who are or were assigned as canine handlers, canine trainers, or canine administrators.[2]
