Tuluva Brahmin
Tulu Brahmins or Tuluva Brahmins are the inhabitants of Tulu Nadu, also considered a part of Parashurama Kshetra which extends to Kerala.
They consist of following:[1]
also called "Sthanika Tulu Brahmins" or "Tulu Brahmins" are the original inhabitants of Tulu Nadu whose history predates 380 B.C. [2]
The remaining Brahmins of tulunadu are migrant exodus from Ahichatra (possbile Rai Bareilly of Uttar Pradesh) occurring in two time lines,
The First migration 9-10 ADE
- Havyaka Brahmins
- Sakalpuri Havyaka Brahmins
- Nambudri Brahmins
The Second Migration 11-13 ADE
