Prem Kumar Rai

Prem Kumar Rai is the Chief Commissioner of Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority, an Apex Constitutional body of Nepal. Mr Rai was previously the Cabinet Secretary of Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of Nepal prior to his appointment as the Chief Commissioner.[1][2]
