Most Valuable Jockey
The MVJ(Most Valuable Jockey)is a JRA Award that was newly created in 2013.[1]
The MVJ is given to a jockey based on the total points earned based on winning points, winning averages, money earned, and number of times a jockey entered a JRA race, as well as designated NAR and foreign races.[1]
From 2014 and onwards, recipients of the MVJ receive an entry slot for the following year's World All Star Jockeys[2][3]。
