Kiran Verma
Kiran Verma is a Delhi based social worker, who is known for his initiative Simply Blood with a mission to create awareness about blood donation.[2][3]

Kiran is also well known for his awareness walk with the title “Walk for Blood” (#Walk4Blood), In 2018 he travelled 16,000 km across India covering more than 6,000 km on foot to spread awareness about the blood donation cause.[3]
He resumed his walk for blood after the COVID-19 restrictions were eased out, he is set on a journey of 21,000 km with a vision to bring awareness to people that nobody should die waiting for blood by 2025.[3][4]
Career
Kiran Verma was moved by the fact that patients had to face trauma because there was not enough blood available. His passion to bring awareness on blood donation made him to leave his marketing profession, and in 2017 Kiran started a virtual blood donation platform called “Simply Blood”.[1]
Kiran founded the Change With One Foundation, which is the parent organization of Simply Blood. He also runs other initiatives for social causes and "Change with One Meal” is one such initiative, with this initiative the organization aims to provide meals to economically vulnerable people currently serving in Delhi region.[5]
