History
- 1996: INOXCVA was founded as a joint venture between Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL) and Cryogenic Vessel Alternatives (CVA) of the US.[6]
- 1997: INOXCVA established its first manufacturing facility in Kalol, Gujarat, India.[7]
- 2003: INOXCVA set up its second manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.[7]
- 2006: INOXCVA established a joint venture with Chart Industries of the US to manufacture and market cryogenic equipment in India.[8]
- 2007: INOXCVA acquired the cryogenic equipment division of the Indian company Godrej & Boyce.[9]
- 2008: INOXCVA set up a third manufacturing facility in Kandla, Gujarat, India.[9]
- 2012: INOXCVA established a subsidiary in the United States, INOXCVA Cryogenic Solutions Inc., to expand its presence in the North American market.[9]
- 2014: INOXCVA set up a joint venture with France-based Cryolor to manufacture and market cryogenic equipment in India.[9]
- 2016: INOXCVA acquired the cryogenic business of Taylor-Wharton, a US-based manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and systems.[9]
- 2018: INOXCVA acquired the business and assets of Linde India's cryogenic tank manufacturing unit.[9]
- 2023: INOXCVA announced plans to set up a new manufacturing facility in the state of Vadodara, India, to cater to the growing demand for cryogenic solutions in the region.[10][11][12][13][14][15]
