  • 1996: INOXCVA was founded as a joint venture between Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFL) and Cryogenic Vessel Alternatives (CVA) of the US.[6]
  • 1997: INOXCVA established its first manufacturing facility in Kalol, Gujarat, India.[7]
  • 2003: INOXCVA set up its second manufacturing facility in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.[7]
  • 2006: INOXCVA established a joint venture with Chart Industries of the US to manufacture and market cryogenic equipment in India.[8]
  • 2007: INOXCVA acquired the cryogenic equipment division of the Indian company Godrej & Boyce.[9]
  • 2008: INOXCVA set up a third manufacturing facility in Kandla, Gujarat, India.[9]
  • 2012: INOXCVA established a subsidiary in the United States, INOXCVA Cryogenic Solutions Inc., to expand its presence in the North American market.[9]
  • 2014: INOXCVA set up a joint venture with France-based Cryolor to manufacture and market cryogenic equipment in India.[9]
  • 2016: INOXCVA acquired the cryogenic business of Taylor-Wharton, a US-based manufacturer of cryogenic equipment and systems.[9]
  • 2018: INOXCVA acquired the business and assets of Linde India's cryogenic tank manufacturing unit.[9]
