Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum
Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum is an Indian romantic drama television series that will premiere on 10 April 2023 on Sony TV. Produced by Swastik Productions, the show stars Tina Datta and Jay Bhanushali.[2] It is an adaptation of the popular Turkish series İstanbullu Gelin, known as Bride of Istanbul and streams on Sony LIV.

Production
Development
Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum was announced by Swastik Productions in March 2023. It was initially rumoured to be titled Mere Apne.[3]
Casting
Tina Datta, Jay Bhanushali and Kitu Gidwani were cast to Surili Ahluwalia, Shivendra Barot and Damayanti Barot.[4] It is an adaptation of Star TV's popular Turkish soap opera İstanbullu Gelin. The series is Datta and Bhanushali's first collaboration in fiction. They have previously participated in the same season of the stunt reality series Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi.
Bhanushali is returning to a fiction television show after more than a decade. He says that the show is "progressive" with an "enthralling storyline." His character Shiv is kind-hearted, determined and focused on his goals.[5]
Similarly, Gidwani is returning to a daily fiction show after two decades. She signed Hum Rahe Na Rahe Hum because she found her role to be strong and interesting to play.[6]
Filming
The series is set in Mumbai and the fictional town of Ranakgadh. Filming began in March 2023 and the sets are based in Film City as well as Umargam, Gujarat.[7]
Release
The first promo of the series released on 10 March 2023 and the featured the protagonists. The second promo released on 14 March.[8] India TV commented, "Tina and Jay look like a perfect fresh pairing, and their visual chemistry is a total treat. The promo is a perfect tease for the audience to look for its official release, Tina's character's personality is powerful and resembles the girl of today's time while Jay plays the role of a royal Prince who is restricted to the customs of the family."[9]
Datta, Bhanushali and Gidwani appeared on the finale of Indian Idol 13 to promote the show.[10]
