Carys Williams-Morris
Carys Williams-Morris (née Williams, born 28 September 1993) is a Welsh rugby union player. She plays wing for the Wales women's national rugby union team.

She played for England with five caps, with her last cap in 2019.[1]
She made her debut for Wales in 2022.[2] She competed at the 2023 Women's Six Nations Championship.[3][4]
She plays for Loughborough Lightning .[5] She is an Royal Air Force officer.[2]
