Introduction

    • Place a suction cup on the back of the device.

    • Open up the back of the device by sliding the opening pick into both sides of the phone.

    • Do not remove the back panel completely; you must disconnect the fingerprint sensor first.

    • Put pressure on the fingerprint sensor with your finger to detach it from the back panel.

    • You may have to use significant force to get the circular sensor off the panel.

    • Remove three 1.8 mm screws using a T3 Torx screwdriver.

    • Disconnect the cables located on the right side of the device from the charging port.

    • There should one white wire and one black wire.

    • Use a spudger to lift the charging port out of the device.

    • You may have to use some force to get the adhesive loose.

    • DO NOT use excessive force.
