Remove the 12 bottom cover screws (in red)

Locate the ram in the middle of the motherboard (in green)

Spread the latches apart for the ram stick to pop up (in yellow)

Repeat the process for the left ram stick and apply it to the right stick

When the latches are spread apart the ram stick pops up for easy removal

Switch for upgrade or replacement :^)
