Background & Identification

The Moto G4 Plus is a fourth generation Motorola Android smartphone first released on May 17, 2016. It is one of three 4th-generation models, the other two being Moto G4 (standard model) and Moto G4 Play (lower-end model). It is available in white and black.

Unlike the standard Moto G4, the Moto G4 Plus offers a fingerprint sensor, an improved 16-megapixel rear camera, and increased memory capacity (3GB RAM/32GB Storage with micro SD slot).

In 2017, the fifth generation Moto G5 was announced and is expected to go on sale in April.
