Background and Identification
The Hytera TC-580 is a portable two-way radio. The TC-580 was made by Hytera Communications Corporation out of Shenzhen, China in 2010. Designed for industrial and commercial use, the TC-580 has wideband coverage supporting 256 channels (Hytera).
The TC-580 is composed of the following main components: antenna, LCD display, numeric keypad, microphone. speaker, battery and belt clip.
Hytera has manufactured several portable radio's with similar model numbers. The way to identify the TC-580 is by locating the the model number (TC-580) located just below the speaker and above the LCD display.
