Whelp-Blooded [Multiclass]
Prerequisite: Iejirisk, 4th level, Blood Awakening
Benefit: You can swap one 3rd-level or higher encounter attack power you know for the dragon's strike attack power.

| Attack: Strength or Dexterity Vs. AC. You can score a critical hit with this power on a natural roll of 19 or 20. | |
| Hit: 1[W] + Strength (or Dexterity) modifier damage and the target suffers a -1 penalty on one defense of your choice until the end of your next turn. | |
| At 11th level, increase to 2[W] damage. At 21st level, increase to 3[W] damage and -2 penalty. | |
| Special: When you gain this power, choose Strength or Dexterity as the ability score you use when making attack and damage rolls with this power. This choice remains throughout your character's life and does not change the power's other effects. If you score a critical hit with this power, you gain an additional use of your tail whip racial power, which must be used by the end of this turn. | |
