DC 15: Velociraptors are pack hunters, using stealth, speed, and teamwork to defeat foes much larger than themselves

DC 20: Velociraptors are known to lure prey into ambushes

DC 25: Another being with sufficient velociraptor-social-skills can acquire the allegiance of these creatures

Velociraptors are pack hunters. They are very rarely found alone, and often have a few buddies hiding somewhere if they are.
