Typhon Lore
A character knows the following information about Typhon with a successful Religion check.
DC 25: Typhon, being a huge giant has an ever-shifting form, meaning his face is always changing to another form, each more ugly and powerful than the last. He makes gods and primordials look like Kobolds.
DC 30: Typhon is the son of Gaea, and Tartarus. Gaea bore Typhon in anger at the gods for the destruction of her offspring, the Giants. He was imprisoned in a mountain, following his invasion of the Earth, stirring occasionally and breaking free. The location of this mountain is a close-guarded secret amongst the gods, and when Typhon does rise, it causes global catastrophe.
DC 35: During Typhon's first invasion, all of the gods fled from him, accept the king of the gods, whose tendons were ripped from out of his body. Typhon's power rivals and surpasses the power of most gods, and primordials.
