Spell levels & Spell cost
Hello, can you please add somewhere [preferably the table] what level you can add spells of a certain level, and can you please put how many rune points it costs to cast spells of a certain spell level. Gracias! >;]
Oh yeah, some abilities say "rune fencer spell slots" can you replace those with a rune point cost

Is there a problem with this class besides the "dead" levels? Is it underpowered and in need of additional level-based benefits? Is it actually missing anything?--GamerAim 
- Take the runes out of this class, and all you get is a master of manipulating weapons. The master manipulations, do not really go much further than pumping up their base weapons. I'll add this to the template. --Green Dragon (talk) 23:39, 22 August 2017 (MDT)
