Please leave balance comments if you have the time. I looked it over and realized that balance may be the main issue. I will take time to improve the grammar and such, but feel free to leave any comments. Also, I'm trying to make this similar to Rorschach, so please leave comments to help it make it more like him. Rorschach is anything but lawful, man. If he was lawful, he'd unmask when the Keene Act came around.
