Talk:Alchemist, 2nd Variant (3.5e Class)
Licensing
I see a lot of articles doing this - having released under OGC License templates on it. I presume this is mostly a byproduct of using an existing SRD article as a template. Should I take it upon myself to remove these? Or can they actually be legit? --SgtLion (talk) 09:33, 15 October 2013 (MDT)
- Yes, they can. The licensing, though, needs to state its specificality. Here is what you should do though:
- If the page looks like this one, e.g.
{{SRD Class Footer}}
[[Category:Base Class|{{BASEPAGENAME}}]]
[[Category:Psionic|{{BASEPAGENAME}}]]
- Then you know that it is fine to remove the licensing, since it was just copy and pasted and is not specific to this page.
- If, though, the page has something like:
{{OGL Bottom|a [http://datadeco.com/nbofeats/nbofeats012.html NBoF] Feat|[http://datadeco.com/nbofeats/nbofeats012.html NBoF]}}
- where we can see the page's specificality detailed correctly, then leave it under the OGL. --Green Dragon (talk) 10:33, 15 October 2013 (MDT)
- Copy that. Thanks kindly~ --SgtLion (talk) 10:47, 15 October 2013 (MDT)
