Split Spell [Metamagic]

Make a secondary attack with arcane ranged powers

Prerequisite: 11th level, Dex 15, wizard

Benefit: Before using an arcane ranged attack power that targets one creature and that does not have a secondary attack, you can choose to take a -2 penalty to each die of damage rolled with the power. If you do so, the the power may target two creatures. You can't use this feat on a power that doesn't roll dice for damage.
