Telepathic Bond. While the Incarnation is on the same plane of existence as its master, it can magically convey what it senses to its master, and the two can communicate telepathically.

ACTIONS

Mini Pocus reach 5 ft., one target. The target must pass a Sanity saving throw, taking 7 (3d4) psychic damage on a fail and removes 1 year of their lifespan, or half damage and no lifespan removal on a pass.. If this attack reduces a creature to 0 hit points or removes the remainder of its lifespan, it dies and its soul is transferred to the user.
