Ripper Teeth (5e Equipment)

A large set of laughing teeth that are the size of most people’s head.

When a creature comes within melee attack range the Ripper teeth will make a +9 melee attack that deals 2d8+4 piercing damage. If the teeth make a successful attack then they bite in hard tearing through the skin and bone. The teeth detach from the gums and sink into the wound.

A few minutes later the ripper teeth push the current teeth out by the root and take their place. The ripper teeth give you a natural melee weapon which you are proficient in and is strength based and deals 2d6 + str mod piercing damage.
