The tips of this modified shortbow curve slightly in the opposite direction to the main shaft. As compared to the longbow, it trades draw weight and a bit of range for accuracy and power. This bow, still the size of an ordinary shortbow, is the preferred bow of smaller races, though its unfamiliar shape requires extensive practice to wield effectively.
