Leave the "Subject/headline" text field blank.

Remove the first line in the text area (i.e. the <nowiki> tag) and the last line in the text area (i.e the </nowiki> tag).

Replace the placeholders (the text starting with <<< and ending with >>>) with your own descriptive text.
