By spending 1 ki point, as a swift action, you gain a burrowing, climbing or swimming speed equal to your land speed for one round. By spending 3 points instead of 1 you may activate this effect as an immediate action. You may repeat this techinque at the start of your turn to keep moving with the alternative movement form, without any penalties.

This counts as a supernatural ability.
