Maximize Bending [Bender, Metabending]

3e Summary::You can bend the elements to maximum effect.

Prerequisite: Bending Style 1st

Benefit: All variable, numeric effects of a spell modified by this feat are maximized. A maximized spell deals maximum damage, cures the maximum number of hit points, affects the maximum number of targets, etc., as appropriate. A maximized Bend uses up 3 more chakra than the Bend's actual level.
